Joint Staff Training Event, Turku (Finland), May 27th – June 2nd 2018
The Joint Staff training Event allowed the participant organisations to organise a training event for a small group of staff from different countries to maximise the impact on each participating organisation.
The event was composed by a combination of training activities, workshop and open discussion about some selected topics. It aimed to educate the educators and gave the opportunity to increase the impact of the project. In effect, the Joint Staff Training Event had a multidisciplinary approach during really-intensive work-sessions where the staff transmitted the knowledge and assessed the learning pathway for the educators with relevant long-term effects.
The staff participating to the JSTE to be recognised as “EUROPEAN EXPERT IN INCLUSIVE AND DISRUPTIVE LEARNING” and, thanks also to the ECVET system and Memorandum of Understandings, ready to transmit the knowledge in further activities exploitable at local level.
Following, the topics selected and the partners in charge to transmit knowledge for each topic:
– INCLUSIVE AND DISRUPTIVE LEARNING (EASV and MCPZ)
– WORK-BASED LEARNING (University of Turku)
– CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING AND TRIZ METHODOLOGY (EURO-NET)
– CO-WORKING (FLL and EURO-NET)
– FABLAB (FLL)
It was also possible to visit the University of Turku departments, Me&My City (a successful Work-Based Learning student system), Spark-Up (a startup community and Werstas co-working space).
